The ARTGUIDE is the art lovers guide to Britain an Ireland. This
guide covers the whole of the UK and includes museums as well.

The Regional Arts Boards Website. In this area the North West Arts Board (NWAB)
is the Arts Council's representative body providing funding, support and advice
to artists and art organisations.
The Arts Register - find out where to see paintings in private
hands that have been made available to the public in lieu of tax. Cornucopia - A database managed by RESOURCE: The Council for Museums,
Archives and Libraries. Their objective is to put on line the collections of all
major regional galleries and museums. At the moment coverage of the North West
is very limited. EUCLID - set up through the Department of Culture, Media & Sport to
promote the spread of information about arts events and funding across Europe.
